Welcome to Motiv8 Career Services, your trusted careers guidance provider. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. 

1. Services Provided

Motiv8 Career Services, offers professional careers guidance services to assist individuals in navigating their career paths. These services may include, but are not limited to: 

Educational and adult settings: Career Guidance 

•  Career guidance 1-2-1 and group sessions Y8-Y13, adults 19+
•  Results day support Career Coordination • Activities to support the career program and meeting quality frame works, such as the Gatsby Benchmarks 
• Support in the development of a careers program. Private client via virtual meeting, telephone or face to face: Career Guidance • For young people 13-18 years of age.
•  19+ Career guidance with action planning and opportunity to book additional sessions to support areas of employability and careers management or tailored to the clients' needs, e.g such as supporting applications for education and training.

The services provided will be in accordance with the specific package or programme that you select at the time of booking.

 Should you wish to amend or require additional services please contact Motiv8 Career Services to discuss amending the offer and agreement.

 2. Booking and Payment

•  Booking: Clients can book services via email hello@motiv8careerservices.com Bookings are subject to availability.
•  Payment: All services will be invoiced monthly and paid via BACS transfer by the 28th of each month.
•  Non- Payment: Services will cease if payment is not received 5 working days after the agreed payment date.
•  Pricing: The prices for the services will be outlined at the time of booking. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to clients in advance.

 3. Cancellation We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel agreed terms, please note the following: 

•  Cancellation Notice: If we have agreed a longer-term contract and you wish to terminate services, a notice of one month is required to terminate services provided by Motiv8 Career Services.
•   Full refund would be given to private clients who cancel the service 48 hours prior to the career guidance session.

4. Confidentiality

 All personal information shared during career guidance sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and any personal information and data will remain with the client and not Motiv8 Careers Services. Breach of confidentiality terms will occur should safeguarding concerns arise and will be reported in line with the provision’s safeguarding policy or to the relevant services for private clients.

 5. Privacy Policy

 Motiv8 Career Services values and protects the information you provide to us under the Data Protection Act (1998) and undertakes to comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation currently in force.

 5. Client Responsibilities 

Private Clients:

•  Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during your career guidance sessions. This ensures that the advice and guidance provided is tailored to your individual needs. 
•  Active Participation: You are expected to actively participate in the sessions and follow the agreed-upon action steps.

 Education settings, organisations or charities

• To ensure terms of the contract are followed and any possibly changes and amendments must be communicated to Motiv8 Career Services, within 5 working days.

6. Liability 

While we aim to provide high-quality, professional, career guidance service, we cannot guarantee employment outcomes or specific career results. Motiv8 Career Services is not liable for any loss or damages, including but not limited to financial loss, that may occur as a result of using our services or any related third party. 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided during career guidance sessions remain the property of Motiv8 Career Services. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior consent from Motiv8 Career Services. 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Motiv8 Career Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified if the changes significantly affect their rights or obligations. By continuing to use our services after such modifications, you accept the updated terms. These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with internal substantive English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
